How does shipping work?
All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, and shipping cost is calculated per KG. 
All shipments are imported to your country with our Chinese Shipping Company Partner. They give your parcel to a local third party company (DHL, DPD, FEDEX, Royal Mail etc). 
Estimated Shipping time is between 8-15 days. Sometimes during busy period (Christmas/black Friday etc) this may be a couple of days longer due to customs being slower. See all shipping locations at the bottom of the FAQ.
(Around 1% of orders are delayed in the customs process for around 1 week (sometimes more), however that is not in our control and is a customs process we cannot avoid sometimes).
Currently, orders on the website are called at 50kg. If you see 999999 at checkout - please email us for a custom order.
How does tracking work?
Once we have shipped your item, you will receive an email which contains a tracking number. This tracking number will be for your local provider (DHL/UPS/Royal Mail etc). Sometimes after sending, it can take up to 48 hours for us to get a tracking number to send to you.
 
 Your tracking number will only update, once your item has made it through customs in your country, and SDN have given the parcel to the local provider. If you wish for an update before that, reach out to us on instagram @ImaginedYouthCollectibles, or email us: questions.iyc@gmail.com
What condition are single cards?
All single cards are shipped NM or better. See Grading standards here.
Will I pay Customs fees?
All customs/VAT/charges are paid by us and included in the shipping price.
You will not pay any import charges*
USA: IMPORT IS STILL TARIFF FREE. However, due to the longer route (not direct shipping), the cost of shipping is significantly higher than to other locations, but it is still cheaper than importing direct. USA orders capped at 20KG - if shipping shows 99999+ then your order is too large.

How does insurance work?
All orders are covered Standard Compensation of £4/KG + Return Freight if items are lost/damaged/stolen if with our shipping partners process and before withdrawal to third party (DPD/DHL/Royal Mail etc).
After pick-up to a third party, goods that cannot be delivered or lost in the delivery will be compensated according to £2/KG, and the freight will not be refunded*. A claim with the third party can be made by the client for loss of goods and IYC will provide all information needed to support claim. 
 
 Deadline for compensation acceptance: 30 days after the delivery of the warehouse, the application will not be accepted after 45 days.

*Compensation will not be provided in the following cases:
If the official website of the third party provider shows the receipt, but the customer feedback does not receive the package, IYC will assist in the inquiry and confirm that the receipt has been signed, and no compensation will be provided.
Refunds
10% fee is charged on all refunded product. This covered bank charges and international fees we pay when you purchase from our website. You can see a great video about why this fee is needed here.
Returns
Due to the nature of TCGs an re-sealing product, we do not accept returns. Returns may only be accepted under insurance of damaged goods (not including customs which is exempt), and will be considered on a case by case basis.
Package Refusal
If the receiver refuses to accept an item at delivery and it is returned to sender (us), the receiver will cover all costs of the returned item and will not receive a return freight. Receiver shall only receive a refund once the items are back with us (minus the return cost). Refund = Item cost - return freights.
